Internship Mentorship Program
At Phoenicia University (PU), every student embarking on an internship is automatically paired with a dedicated faculty mentor. Running throughout the entire placement, our Internship Mentorship Program bridges academic learning and practical workplace experience to ensure equitable career preparation, high retention, and seamless professional integration across all disciplines.

Program Highlights

  • 100% Student Coverage: Every intern is assigned a dedicated faculty mentor upon placement confirmation, guaranteeing equal access and support across all academic departments.
  • Continuous Guidance & Site Visits: Mentors conduct weekly check-ins with students and make mandatory visits to host organizations throughout the internship.
  • Quality-Driven Outcomes: Comprehensive evaluation reports built into PU’s institutional Quality Assurance framework.

Career Guidance Mentoring Scheme 

Ahead of graduation, every graduating student meets individually, one-on-one, with Career Center staff for a dedicated career guidance session covering job readiness and post-graduation planning. Administered through the university Career Center, this individual mentoring scheme guarantees that every final-year student receives tailored support on resume building, interview preparation, portfolio review, and industry alignment. By providing personalized transition support before degree completion, the program ensures equitable access to professional resources and promotes employment readiness.

Key Program Information

  • Eligibility: Available to all graduating undergraduate and postgraduate students across all faculties and disciplines without restriction.
  • Delivery & Format: Sessions are conducted as mandatory, 45-minute individual (1-on-1) appointments held either in-person at the Career Center during the student's final academic year.
  • Comprehensive Scope: Services cover tailored resume and CV building, mock interview preparation, professional portfolio reviews, and targeted industry alignment.
  • Booking & Access: Final-year students can inquire and schedule their mandatory session directly by emailing the Career Center at careercenter@pu.edu.lb
