The Board of Trustees (BOT) is the University’s highest authority, responsible for policy direction and long-term financial, strategic, and institutional stability. It is composed of 9 members and is tasked with approving systems and budgets, overseeing University assets, updating bylaws, reviewing matters elevated from the Board of Directors (BOD), approving institutional self-assessments, and handling legal actions.
