Executive Governance

Executive governance at Phoenicia University is exercised through the Executive Governance & Compliance Committee (EGCC), which serves as the University’s central governance body for institutional coordination, compliance, and strategic implementation.

EGCC reviews recommendations and academic proposals from the Board of Deans (BOD) and oversees the execution of decisions issued by the Board of Directors and the Quality Assurance Office (QAA), ensuring consistent implementation across academic and administrative units.

The Committee supports institutional leadership by coordinating strategic planning, monitoring performance, managing risk, and promoting adherence to accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

EGCC reports regularly to the Board of Deans on institutional performance, compliance matters, and strategic implementation.
