The Board of Deans (BOD) is responsible for shaping and implementing academic policies to ensure educational quality. Through the leadership of the University President and the Chancellor, and in collaboration with the Deans of the academic colleges, the Board provides strategic academic leadership and oversight.
The BOD oversees academic standards, evaluates colleges and programs, and sets development indicators to support continuous improvement. It proposes new academic programs and policies, reviews institutional and college-level academic reports, and recommends updates to admission criteria and processes. In addition, the Board manages academic partnerships and events and ensures the consistent implementation and enforcement of academic policies across the University.
