Mission

The Phoenicia University Learning Development Center (PULDC) is dedicated to supporting students throughout their academic journey.
We provide guidance in daily study practices through peer tutoring, study groups, and foundational course support.
In addition, the PULDC focuses on enhancing students’ writing proficiency and communication skills, ensuring that every learner has access to the tools and resources needed for success.
