Vaping and Energy Drinks Health Awareness Session
A health awareness session on the risks associated with vaping and energy drink consumption was delivered at the LWAH School of Excellence Green (LSE) for students aged 10–15 years, including students with learning difficulties. The session, delivered in collaboration with PU faculty members, focused on raising students’ awareness of the effects of vaping, nicotine exposure, and excessive energy drink consumption on their health and well-being.
Using interactive discussions and age-appropriate approaches, students explored the importance of healthy habits, responsible decision-making, and understanding the potential consequences of these behaviors. The activity aimed to empower students with knowledge that supports healthier lifestyle choices and promotes long-term well-being.
