The stories and ideas shared during TEDxPhoeniciaU 2025 are now available to audiences worldwide, with the four talks published on YouTube.
Hosted by Phoenicia University in December 2025 under the theme “Shifting the Narratives,” the event brought together PU students and alumni whose personal experiences reflect resilience, self-discovery, perseverance, and the power of changing the narratives that shape our lives.
In her talk, Alia Helena El Rahi recounts her powerful journey of losing weight and rebuilding her mindset, discipline, and sense of self-worth. Moving beyond numbers on a scale, she reflects on resilience, emotional growth, and the importance of developing a healthy and sustainable mindset.

Mohammad Noureddine, a Phoenicia University Engineering alumnus, shares his journey of perseverance while living with albinism.
