Phoenicia University Strengthens Advisory Partnership with LWAH Through Strategic Roundtable Discussion

Phoenicia University continues to strengthen its advisory partnership with the Lebanese Welfare Association for the Handicapped (LWAH), supporting strategic planning, policy implementation, monitoring, and sustainable development.

As part of the partnership established through the Memorandum of Understanding signed on July 20, 2023, representatives from PU's Center for Research and Analysis (CFRA) and Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) recently met with Mr Mohammad Teffeha, LWAH’s Executive Manager, to discuss the future direction of the collaboration.

The discussion focused on strengthening LWAH's strategic sustainable development planning, supporting policy implementation, and establishing a structured, long-term approach to monitoring and reporting.

“We see this partnership developing into a long-term framework for institutional development and sustainable impact. Phoenicia University's expertise is supporting LWAH in strengthening its strategic planning, implementing policies effectively, and developing systematic approaches to monitoring and reporting. Our shared goal is to build sustainable systems that support continuous improvement and strengthen the impact of our programmes and services,” said Mohammad Teffeha, LWAH Executive Manager.

The two organisations also discussed a long-term reporting framework based on consistent data collection, defined indicators, and regular documentation of programme activities and outcomes. This approach will support ongoing monitoring and help inform future planning and programme development.
