Phoenicia University Earns IACBE Accreditation for its Bachelor of Business Administration
Phoenicia University is proud to announce that its Bachelor of Business Administration program, offered through the College of Business Administration, has been accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), following a rigorous process of self-evaluation and independent peer review.
This recognition was actually granted at the IACBE Board of Commissioners' meeting on April 7, 2026. Given everything our community and our country were going through at the time, it didn't feel like the moment to share it. We chose to wait. Today, although things are still tough, we feel this milestone is worth sharing with our students and community.
The accreditation confirms that the College of Business Administration's BBA program meets IACBE's international standards across the full range of its Accreditation Principles, from curriculum quality and faculty development to strategic planning, student support, and innovation in business education. The accreditation runs through April 30, 2030.
This achievement adds to Phoenicia University's growing portfolio of international recognitions across its academic programs, reflecting a university-wide commitment to academic quality that holds steady, even through difficult times — because our students, and their futures, come first no matter what.

The International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) was founded in 1997 and is nationally recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). It is a leader in mission-driven, outcomes-based programmatic accreditation for business education, with hundreds of member institutions and thousands of accredited programs worldwide, including across the United States, Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Central and South America.
تعلن جامعة فينيسيا حصول برنامج بكالوريوس إدارة الأعمال (BBA) ، والذي تقدّمه كلية إدارة الأعمال، على الاعتماد الدولي من المجلس الدولي لاعتماد تعليم إدارة الأعمال (IACBE) ، وذلك بعد استكمال مسار تقييم أكاديمي شامل شمل إعداد تقرير دراسة ذاتية، ومراجعة مستقلة من خبراء خارجيين، وتقييمًا دقيقًا لجودة البرنامج ومعاييره الأكاديمية.
وكان الاعتماد قد مُنح رسميًا في 7 نيسان 2026 خلال اجتماع مجلس مفوضي IACBE، على أن يستمر حتى 30 نيسان 2030. إلا أن جامعة فينيسيا ارتأت التريث في الإعلان عنه في حينه، نظرًا إلى الظروف الاستثنائية التي كان يمر بها لبنان، ولا سيما الجنوب، واحترامًا للتحديات الأمنية والإنسانية الصعبة التي فرضتها الحرب. ولا يأتي هذا الاعتماد كإنجاز منفرد في مسار الجامعة خلال تلك المرحلة، بل كجزء من سلسلة إنجازات واعتمادات وتقييمات دولية جديدة نالتها جامعة فينيسيا، واختارت الإعلان عنها تباعًا وفي الأوقات المناسبة، بما يعكس التزامها المستمر بجودة التعليم ومستقبل طلبتها.
ويؤكد اعتماد IACBE أن برنامج بكالوريوس إدارة الأعمال في جامعة فينيسيا يستوفي معايير دولية أساسية في تعليم إدارة الأعمال، تشمل جودة المناهج الأكاديمية، مؤهلات الهيئة التعليمية، مخرجات تعلم الطلبة، وآليات التحسين المستمر وضمان الجودة. كما يعكس الاعتماد التزام الكلية بتطوير برامجها بما يواكب متطلبات سوق العمل ويركّز على المهارات العملية والنتائج التعليمية القابلة للقياس.
ويأتي هذا الإنجاز ضمن رؤية جامعة فينيسيا الهادفة إلى ترسيخ ثقافة الجودة والتحسين المستمر، وتعزيز موقعها كمؤسسة أكاديمية ملتزمة بالمعايير الدولية، قادرة على تحويل التحديات إلى فرص تطوير ونمو.
يُذكر أن المجلس الدولي لاعتماد تعليم إدارة الأعمال (IACBE)، الذي تأسس عام 1997 في الولايات المتحدة يحظى باعتراف مجلس اعتماد التعليم العالي في الولايات المتحدة (CHEA)، يُعد من أبرز الهيئات الدولية المتخصصة في اعتماد برامج إدارة الأعمال، ويركّز على جودة التعليم، ومخرجات التعلم، ومواءمة البرامج الأكاديمية مع احتياجات سوق العمل.
