Keep Our Ocean Clean Interactive Lecture

An environmental awareness lecture titled “Keep Our Ocean Clean” was conducted at the LWAH School of Excellence Green (LSE) to educate students about the importance of ocean conservation, marine biodiversity, and the protection of aquatic ecosystems. Through an interactive and educational discussion, students explored the role oceans play in maintaining environmental balance, supporting marine life, and sustaining human livelihoods. The session highlighted the negative effects of marine pollution, particularly plastic waste and improper waste disposal, on marine animals and their habitats. Students were also encouraged to reflect on how everyday human activities contribute to ocean pollution and how individual actions can help address this challenge. The lecture promoted environmental responsibility and encouraged students to adopt sustainable practices, including reducing plastic consumption, disposing of waste properly, and contributing to efforts that keep oceans clean and protect marine resources.
