Interview & Mentoring Session with Mrs. Maliha Moussa El Sadr

On January 17, 2024, the Student Affairs Office, in collaboration with the student-led Women Empowerment Club, hosted a live mentoring interview and interactive Q&A session with Mrs. Maliha Moussa El Sadr in the University Auditorium. As director of Early Childhood Intervention Lebanon (ECIL) under the Imam Sadr Foundation, Mrs. El Sadr brought decades of experience in civic leadership, non-profit management, and community development directly to students preparing to enter professional and public spheres.

The structured session served as a mentoring framework, connecting academic learning with real-world executive guidance. Throughout the dialogue, Mrs. El Sadr shared experiential strategies to promoting long-term career readiness, guiding students on how to overcome systemic discouragement and external socio-economic pressures while building personal resilience and self-efficacy.

By facilitating direct engagement with a prominent female role model, the event raised campus awareness of female leadership potential and empowered the next generation of civic and professional leaders.
