HR Staff Training on Inclusive Campus Communication

On April 8 2024, Phoenicia University’s HR Department conducted an internal training session titled "Communication Tools for an Inclusive Campus," led by HR Director Mrs. Fatmé Yassine Darwich.  Following specialized external training on workplace inclusivity, Mrs. Darwich guided HR personnel through practical strategies to eliminate workplace discrimination and prevent gender bias. This initiative reinforces PU’s institutional commitment to non-discrimination, ensuring an equitable, safe, and supportive campus environment for female faculty, staff, and students alike.
