Environmental Awareness and Gardening Activity

At the Lebanese Welfare Association for the Handicapped (LWAH) School of Excellence Green (LSE), an environmental awareness session was organized for students aged 10–15 years, including students with learning difficulties. The activity focused on key environmental topics, including environmental protection, conservation of natural resources, and wildlife preservation, while emphasizing individual responsibility and the role each person can play in protecting the environment.

The session was delivered through an age-appropriate and interactive approach, encouraging students to ask questions, share their ideas, and actively participate in discussions. Following the awareness lecture, students took part in a practical gardening activity, where they learned basic planting techniques and applied their knowledge through hands-on practice, strengthening their connection with nature and promoting sustainable environmental practices.
