Law Society Holds Human Rights Day Debate at Phoenicia University

In celebration of Human Rights Day, the Learning Development Center (LDC) at Phoenicia University, co-hosted with the Law Society, held a debate on the motion: “Does Artificial Intelligence pose a threat to human rights?”

Two groups of four students each presented arguments for and against the motion, engaging in a thoughtful exchange that encouraged analytical thinking, ethical reflection, and a deeper understanding of emerging legal challenges related to technology.
