As part of PU’s vision in creating a collaborative and student-centered teaching and learning environment, Dr. Ahmad Samarji initiated and planned the Peer Support Program. It consists of students helping each other in different areas related to English and Mathematics, and it particularly covers the content of Freshman Calculus (MATH 102), Mathematics for Social Sciences (MATH 200) and English listening and speaking capabilities across intensive levels.
The aim of the program is not only to focus on content, but also to develop a range of generic skills for both mentors and mentees and boost their self-confidence.
